The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Jorge Garcia and David Schapiro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Severino drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Severino wants to clinch up but Ako keeps it at a distance.
Severino looks to land a combination but Ako avoids it well.
Severino connects with a jab.
Ako throws a big shot that misses.
Ako rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Severino counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Mamaw Ako seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nice body punch from Ako.
Ako takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Severino is rocked!
Severino is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Ako.
Oh Severino is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Ako lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Severino is looking to close the distance but Ako sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Severino crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Severino is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
