Acer is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Mad at Gravity- Burn. Agamemnon Coon has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 24 - 16 - 1, fighting out of New York, Agamemnon Coon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 16 - 1, fighting out of New York, Isiah Acer!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Lou da Vinci and John Kavanagh.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coon stuffs the takedown.
Coon takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Acer scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Acer working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Acer is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Coon defends it well.
Acer prevents Coon from improving his position.
Coon moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Acer preventing the sweep.
Acer wants to control from the top but Coon keeps moving.
Coon lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Acer!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Acer can't escape the position.

Acer is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

It looks like Isiah Acer has been cut.
Acer is desperately trying to improve his position but Coon has a good base and remains in mount.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Coon lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Coon lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Acer hang on?
Coon lands a couple of good shots and Acer has given up his back, trying to escape the position!
I really don't envy Acer right now.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Coon lands a couple of good shots to his opponent's body and a final shot to the head. Good little attack there by Coon.

The referee is taking a good look at Acer as he is on the wrong end of some big shots from Coon!
Coon lands a good shot there. Acer covers up! Coon smells blood and goes for the finish - the referee warns Acer to improve his position but he's not intelligently defending himself and the referee has no choice but to step in and end the fight! Coon jumps to his feet and celebrates the important win with his cornermen!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Agamemnon Coon!
Agamemnon Coon spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
