The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Dragic.
Dragic throws a jab when Heggs was well out of range.
Dragic lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Dragic misses with an uppercut. Heggs saw that one coming.
Dragic throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Dragic connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

It looks like Luther Heggs has been cut.

Dragic throws a head kick but Heggs moves out of range.
Dragic digs a good hook to Heggs's body.
Heggs ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Heggs wants to clinch up but Dragic keeps it at a distance.
Heggs walks into a jab.
Heggs gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Dragic dodges the punch combination from Heggs.

Dragic throws the left hand but Heggs avoids the punch easily.
Dragic lands with a right hand.
Dragic misses with a head kick.
Dragic connects with a solid leg kick.
Heggs takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.

Heggs tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Heggs fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Dragic, pushing him back against the cage.
Heggs tries to circle away but Dragic has him pinned against the cage.
Dragic wants to stall.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Heggs.

Heggs breaks the clinch.
Heggs wants to stay close but Dragic steps back to make room for something. Heggs seems frozen to the spot and bam! huge swing of the leg from Dragic and Heggs drops like he has been shot! A huge head kick and it's all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Dragan Dragic!
Dragan Dragic spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
