Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Marvin Hagler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Franco Colombo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Colombo drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Hagler is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Colombo's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
Hagler wants to control but Colombo is keeping busy.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Hagler is on top in guard.

Hagler stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Colombo swivels though and keeps the full guard.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Franco Colombo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Colombo tries to clinch up but Hagler circles away and keeps his distance.
Hagler tries to land a front kick but Colombo steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Colombo lands with a slapping head kick.
Hagler drops his hands for a split second and Colombo immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Hagler face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Colombo follows up with a right hand that knocks Hagler into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!
