Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Heath Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jax Morrow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Smith comes into the arena with Wild International blaring out of the sound system. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

11 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jax Morrow!
The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morrow missing with a left hand there. Smith was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Smith drives through and clinches with Morrow against the ropes.
A short right from Morrow.
Morrow is trying to force a seperation but Smith has the dominant position.
Morrow pressing his opponent against the ropes.
Smith is trying to maintain a safe position but Morrow gets an underhook and turns Smith into the ropes.
Smith has clasped his hands together around Morrow's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
Morrow is trying to buck Smith off.
Smith tries to move to mount but Morrow blocks the move with his legs.
Sloppy strikes there by Smith.

Smith in side control lands a decent elbow.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Morrow avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Smith.
Morrow looking for a sweep but Smith has passed into full mount! Oh no!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Morrow working to try and regain half guard.
Smith postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Morrow looks a forlorn figure.

Smith cracks Morrow with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Morrow really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Smith tries to control but Morrow wriggling away.
Smith with the ground and pound from mount.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Smith lands a nice shot to the head.
Morrow is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Smith cracks Morrow with a big head shot that has him covering up instantly! He's rolled onto his side and the referee has seen enough - this one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Heath Smith!
During a confident post fight interview, Heath Smith thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
