The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Brown throws a low kick, looking for Matias's leg but Matias calmly moves out of range.

That kick from Brown tenderised Matias's leg. Matias is trying to keep his angry face on.

Brown feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Matias sprawling to the canvas! Matias rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Brown finish him?!

Matias is rocked!
Brown fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Matias looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Oh Matias is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Brown cracks Matias with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Matias tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Brown pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Matias is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Leroy Brown!
