The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fister avoids a punch combination nicely.
Kicker looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Fister is fending him off so far but Kicker persists. Nope, Fister circles away and we're back to standing.

Fister changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Kicker looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Fister decides to stand back up. Fister steps back and let's Kicker get back to his feet.

Fister fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Kicker sprawls well initially but Fister persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
