PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Zombo Axe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Hunt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Zombo Axe!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Mark Hunt!
The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Hugh Johnson and Eliza Hachem.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Axe throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Hunt counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Hunt misses with a wild combination.
Axe takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Nice cross by Hunt.
Hunt avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Axe walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Axe fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Hunt connects with a body shot.
Axe changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Hunt tries to avoid it but Axe manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Hunt to the ground. Hunt escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Hunt lands a nice looking body shot.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Hunt smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

Hunt drops Axe with a beautiful combination! Axe stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Hunt is looking for the KO!

Axe is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Hunt uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Axe.
Oh Axe is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Hunt is stalking Axe. Axe circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from Hunt, and it's lights out! Axe really payed the price for that rookie mistake.
