Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ripp Arrm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyr Uzi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Tyr Uzi!
The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Arvi Lind and Johanna Lukiainen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Uzi scores with a nice head shot.
Uzi throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Uzi shoots for a takedown but Arrm saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Uzi scores with a decent looking hook.

Uzi drives through and clinches with Arrm against the cage.
Arrm doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Uzi is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Uzi breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Uzi looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Arrm is fending him off so far but Uzi persists. Nope, Arrm circles away and we're back to standing.
Ripp Arrm has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tyr Uzi.
Arrm throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Uzi takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

Uzi takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

It looks like Ripp Arrm has been cut.
Arrm gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Uzi.

Uzi throws a one two combo.
Ripp Arrm seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Uzi feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Arrm scrambles and gets back to his feet.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Uzi checks a leg kick.
A looping hook to the body misses from Arrm. Uzi does a little dance to reset his feet.
Uzi moves in looking to clinch but Arrm pushes him off.
Uzi thows a body shot but no joy.
Nice cross by Uzi.

Uzi shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Arrm is trying to defend but Uzi finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Uzi lands strikes from half guard.
Arrm is looking to improve his position.
Arrm has hold of Uzi's hands but Uzi slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Uzi thows a huge punch but Arrm dodges it nicely.
Uzi prevents Arrm from improving his position.
Uzi lands with a punch from half guard.

Uzi is looking for a kimura but Arrm is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Uzi to get the leverage.
Uzi works his way into side control.
Arrm tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Uzi wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Uzi tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Uzi has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Uzi has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Uzi advances to mount.

Arrm wants to hold on but Uzi pushes him away.
Uzi lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.

Arrm is squirming around, avoiding Uzi's attempts to control the action.
Uzi lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

Ripp Arrm's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Ripp Arrm's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

A very excited looking Tyr Uzi made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
