Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jack Dempsey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cyborg Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cyborg Santos has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Jack Dempsey's chin.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Cyborg Santos!
The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Dmitry Maklakov and Vladimir Khabensky.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Santos misses the shot to the body.

Dempsey takes the fight into the clinch.
Santos tries to break free but Dempsey pushes him back against the cage.
The referee is keeping an eye on Dempsey - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Santos changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Dempsey fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Santos misses with a kick to the body.
Santos tries for a takedown but Dempsey circles away easily
and Dempsey counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Dempsey stuffs the takedown attempt from Santos. Santos gets slowly back to his feet.
Jack Dempsey has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Cyborg Santos.
Santos throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Santos shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Santos doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Dempsey lands a nice shot to the body.
A combination from Santos does no damage.
Dempsey fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Santos looks winded!
Santos takes one to the chin there.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Santos shoots and misses
and Dempsey counters with a nice leg kick.
A solid leg kick lands there for Dempsey.
Dempsey throws a hook but Santos blocks it.

Dempsey cracks Santos with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Santos looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Dempsey finish him?

Santos is rocked!

It looks like Cyborg Santos has been cut.
Dempsey swings for the body but Santos moves out of range.
Santos is still on wobbly legs! Can Dempsey finish him?
Dempsey fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Santos seems to have recovered his senses.
Jack Dempsey is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Santos throws a half hearted mid kick.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Dempsey blocks a head kick by Santos.
Dempsey will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Santos bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Cyborg Santos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dempsey ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Santos moves away.
Dempsey throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Santos fails with the takedown
and Dempsey counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Dempsey lands with a big right hook that stumbles Santos - he's out on his feet here! Dempsey follows up with another monster hook that separates Santos from consciousness! Santos falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Dempsey stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
