The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Venable looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Venable is looking to clinch.

Venable clinches up with Mir IV and pushes him back against the cage.

Mir IV tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Venable pushes Mir IV back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.

Mir IV escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Venable gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Mir IV looking for a triangle here. Venable is fighting it but it looks tight! Mir IV pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Venable is tapping out - this one is all over!
