Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Phil Schofield and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kawada looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Tillman is fending him off so far but Kawada persists. Nope, Tillman circles away and we're back to standing.
The fight stays on the outside here - Kawada looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
A jab from Tillman finds it's way through Kawada's defenses.
Tillman throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Tillman misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Tillman swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Kawada.

Nice straight punches there by Tillman. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Tillman.
Kawada on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Kawada shoots and misses
and Kawada takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Tillman jabs Kawada to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Kawada misses with a jab, cross combination.

Tillman fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Kawada manages to avoid it.

Tillman scores with a nice right hand.
Kawada will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Keiji Kawada. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Tillman tries to work over Kawada's front leg with a kick but Kawada checks it.
Kawada tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Tillman manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Tillman thuds a left hand into Kawada's body.

Tillman fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Tillman throws a shot to the body.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Kawada. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Tillman tries a low kick but Kawada avoids it.
Tillman lands a body shot.
Tillman lands a jab to the head.
Tillman ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Tillman scores with a punch to the head.
Tillman cracks Kawada with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Tillman has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Kawada to stand back up!
Kawada is rocked!
Tillman throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Kawada stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Oh Kawada is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Tillman scores with a shot to the body.
Tillman punishes Kawada's body with a nice straight punch.
Kawada seems to have got his legs back now.
Tillman dances in with a quick combination. Kawada is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Tillman snaps Kawada's head back. Kawada stumbles backwards against the cage. Tillman steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Kawada's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Kawada just didn't come prepared.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Kyle Tillman!
