The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Kruger. Takatukka does a little dance to reset his feet.
Takatukka jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Takatukka ducks under a wild hook from Kruger.
A telegraphed right hand from Kruger misses the target.
Takatukka misses with an uppercut.
Takatukka staying out of range there.
Kruger with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Takatukka to score with a decent uppercut.

and Takatukka takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Kruger shoots in for a takedown but Takatukka shows good takedown defense.

Kruger misses with a looping left.
Kruger takes a swing at Takatukka's ribcage but misses.
Kruger thuds a left hand into Takatukka's body.

Kruger looks to score with a jab to the body but Takatukka is just out of range.

Kruger lands a glancing blow to the side of Takatukka's head.
Kruger missing with a left hand there. Takatukka was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Takatukka is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Takatukka stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Takatukka wants it to stay on the feet.
Kruger connects with the punch.
Kruger lands with an overhand left.
Takatukka throws a hook to the side of Kruger's head but Kruger sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Takatukka scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Kruger misses with a hook.
Takatukka slips a straight right by Kruger.
Takatukka misses with a right hand
and Kruger counters with a huge left! Takatukka is in big trouble! He's backing up but Kruger isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Takatukka from any more damage. A dominating finish by Kruger!
