The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Murphy keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Tac moves in looking to clinch but Murphy pushes him off.
Tac shoots in for a double leg but Murphy sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Murphy throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Murphy looking to score a takedown here. Tac is defending well but Murphy drives through and ends up in Tac's guard.
Murphy wants to pass the guard but Tac is keeping the position.
Tac controls Murphy momentarily but Murphy frees himself.

Murphy got a little sloppy there for a moment and Tac has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Murphy has managed to get both his arms back between Tac's legs - danger averted.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Murphy has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Tac is proving hard to escape from.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Tac can do anything to dispel that myth.

Tac has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Murphy should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Tac has tightened it up now! Murphy should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
