Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Manny Tien (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rick Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Black plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!

That was a close round but I would say that Manny Tien will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Black does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Black uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Tien.
Black tries to clinch but Tien is having none of it.
Manny Tien is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Tien shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Black pinned against the cage. Black gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Tien feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Tien sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Black's guard.
Well, if Tien is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Tien changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Black looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Tien wants to stand but Black has his arm trapped.

Black scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Black tries to clinch but Tien is having none of it.

Black stalks Tien and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Tien's face. Tien staggers backwards, shaken.

Black takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Black pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Black lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Tien stuffs the takedown attempt from Black. Black gets slowly back to his feet.

Tien is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Black!

Black defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Tien.

Tien has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Black's face.
