Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Winston Howard and Steve Erwin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cranswick throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Kennedy.
Kennedy looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Cranswick lands a nice hook to Kennedy's body. Kennedy takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Cranswick rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kennedy moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Cranswick dives in and grabs Kennedy's left leg, looking for a takedown. Kennedy pushes down on Cranswick's head and hops out.
Cranswick throws a right hand that Kennedy ducks under and follows up with a left that Kennedy also avoids with ease.

Kennedy shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Cranswick manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Cranswick has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Kennedy can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Cranswick is looking to sinch up a triangle. Kennedy throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Cranswick's body to avoid the submission. Cranswick has instead reached around Kennedy's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Cranswick arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
