The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saadiev uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Rautiainen.
Saadiev tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Rautiainen fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Saadiev avoids it really well and circles away.
Rautiainen ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Saadiev moves away.

Saadiev drops Rautiainen with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Rautiainen looks back up at him and smiles so Saadiev waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Rautiainen throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Saadiev's waist but Saadiev gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Rautiainen off to one side.
Rautiainen needs to keep his hands up - Saadiev had a free shot at his head there.
Oh Rautiainen is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

This entire fight has taken place on the feet so far and you wonder whether Rautiainen might be better served trying to take this one to the ground because he's losing the standup battle so far.
