Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Horst Gross (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peter Condit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Condit has chosen You ain't stoppin me as his entrance music. Peter Condit has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Horst Gross!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 4 - 2, fighting out of St Petersburg, Peter Condit!
The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Aleksandr Martynov and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Condit tries to clinch but Gross is having none of it.
Condit doesn't manage to clinch there - Gross circles away.
Gross shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Condit napping and manages to drive through into side control!
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
You can see the frustration on Condit's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gross tries to advance to mount but can't.
Condit is trying to buck Gross off.
Gross controls the position.
Condit wants to control but Gross postures up.
Gross wants to stand but Condit has his arm trapped.
Gross moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.
Condit wants to get back to his feet.
Gross wants to stand but Condit is controlling his arm.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Condit prevents Gross from improving position.
Condit holds on to Gross's head and controls the position momentarily.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
A head kick misses from Gross.
Peter Condit seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Condit forces Gross back against the cage and clinches.
Condit tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Both fighters working to control the clinch.
Condit breaks the clinch.
Condit tries to clinch there but Gross circles away.
Condit misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Condit closes the distance and clinches.
Condit wants to stall.
Condit tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Gross smiles and moves away.
Gross tries to land a leg kick but Condit saw it coming and moves away.
Condit tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Gross counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Gross decides to return to a standing position.
Gross gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Gross is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Condit to keep the fight standing.
Condit tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Gross just stands there and leans against the cage.
Condit lands a good knee to the midsection. Gross won't want to take too many of those.
Condit controlling the action here for a moment.
Condit looks winded!
Condit unloads a knee to the mid-section. Gross lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Gross misses with an elbow over the top.
Condit is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.
Condit pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Gross is defended easily by Condit.
Gross could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Condit moves in looking to clinch but Gross pushes him off.
Condit tries to sprawl but Gross drives through with a takedown into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gross prevents Condit from standing back up.
Gross is pressing down on Condit's thigh, looking to free his foot. Condit is holding on for now.
Condit wants to get back to his feet.
Gross takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Gross stops Condit from getting back to his feet.
Gross tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Condit.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Gross passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Condit!
Gross is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Gross looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Condit wants to stand and escape but Gross is having none of it.
Gross passes Condit's left leg - he's now in half guard.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Gross has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Gross fails to move to back control.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Horst Gross dominated that round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Gross circles away from the clinch attempt
and Gross counters with a single leg into guard. Condit didn't expect that.
Gross passes Condit's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Gross trying to mount his opponent but Condit defends it.
Condit is trying to stand.
Gross sitting and controlling from the half guard.
Gross is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Gross is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Condit is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
