The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fux wants to clinch.

and Fux holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Machine throws a punch but it's blocked by Fux.
Fux jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Machine walks away with a smile on his face. Fux gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
War Machine seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Fux drives through and clinches with Machine against the ropes.

Fux has Machine pressed up against the ropes and is working for takedown. Machine manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Fux blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Fux is looking to control Machine's arms but Machine gets an underhook and turns him. Now Fux has his back to the ropes.

Machine swings wildly with an uppercut but Fux uses good head movement to avoid it.

Fux jumps guard but Machine turns him against the ropes and keeps the fight standing.

Fux breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

and Fux counters with a crisp one two that drops Machine! Fux thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Machine to his feet! Machine is in big trouble!

Fux closes the distance and clinches up with Machine, looking for a takedown. Fux pushes Machine against the ropes but Machine circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Machine is still on wobbly legs! Can Fux finish him?
Machine is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent.
Fux fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Fux is looking for a takedown. Wow, that's a brutal slam - Machine is in big trouble! Fux is landing strikes from the mount and this one is all over! The ref jumps in to save a confused looking Machine. Poor guy.
