Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dimon Boets (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ahmed Umass (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Boets comes into the arena with Штиль blaring out of the sound system. Dimon Boets has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Paulsen Ambrosius and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Umass fails in his attempt to clinch.
Umass tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Boets manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Umass stuffs the takedown attempt from Boets. Boets gets slowly back to his feet.
Umass clinches up with Boets and pushes him back against the cage.
Boets wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Umass goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Umass jumps guard and drags Boets to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Boets throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Umass works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Boets is working Umass over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Umass is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Boets defends well.

Umass has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Boets is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Umass.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Umass gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Umass is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Boets scores with a couple of nice shots.
Boets looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Umass with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Umass has hold of Boets's hands but Boets slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Umass stuffs the takedown.
Umass leaves Boets with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
The fighters circling - Umass throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Umass lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
A jab lands there for Umass.
It looks like Dimon Boets has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Umass has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Boets can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Boets here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.

Umass tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Boets's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Umass is still in real trouble! Can Boets finish him?
Boets scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Boets gets to his feet and stands over Umass, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Umass felt that one! Boets unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Umass from any more punishment!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:30 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Dimon Boets!
In his post fight interview, Dimon Boets started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
