Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Gaius Alexander (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vlad Sorokin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alexander's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Sweep the Leg. Sorokin has chosen "Black BMW" by Seryoga as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alexander sends Sorokin crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Alexander is motioning to the referee to let Sorokin up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Alexander tries to close the distance and clinch but Sorokin swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Sorokin fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Alexander, pushing him back against the cage.

Alexander throws a hook to the side of Sorokin's head but Sorokin sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Sorokin shoots in and bounces Alexander off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Alexander! Sorokin is out on his feet! Alexander rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Sorokin is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Sorokin is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
