Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Tony Smith!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Woody Longue!
The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Colin Fray and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Longue moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Smith tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in the close the distance. Longue manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Smith drives through and clinches with Longue against the ropes.
Smith is fighting off a takedown attempt but Longue is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Smith to the mat. Smith regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Longue wants to pass the guard but Smith is keeping the position.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Longue trying to control but Smith is working from the bottom.
Smith really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Smith seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Longue does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Smith stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Longue swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Longue shoots in looking for a takedown. Smith tries to sprawl out of it but Longue keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Smith manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Horrible takedown by Smith or perhaps it was just good defense by Longue which made him look bad.
Longue tries for a takedown but Smith sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
