With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Ricky Stringfellow!
The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Paul Tew and William Gold.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pitt is looking to clinch but Stringfellow is avoiding it.
Pitt keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Stringfellow will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Pitt lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Stringfellow circles away quickly and effectively.
Stringfellow misses with a two punch combination.
Pitt slips a jab and a cross from Stringfellow.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Stringfellow.
Pitt misses with a few strikes there.
Stringfellow tries to score a power double leg takedown but Pitt sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Stringfellow somewhat.
Stringfellow tries to clinch up but Pitt circles away and keeps his distance.
Stringfellow rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Pitt moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Pitt misses with a series of wild punches.
Pitt misses with a jab, cross combination.
Stringfellow avoids a punch combination nicely.

Stringfellow misses with a double jab.
Stringfellow avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Daniel Pitt is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Stringfellow.
Daniel Pitt has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ricky Stringfellow.
Stringfellow moves to clinch but Pitt breaks away
and Stringfellow takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Stringfellow fails with an attempt to clinch.
Pitt cracks a nice hook into Stringfellow's ribs.
The fighters circle momentarily. Pitt darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
No joy there for Stringfellow, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Pitt lands a nice looking body shot.
Pitt throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Stringfellow throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Pitt throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Stringfellow stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Stringfellow is looking to clinch.
Stringfellow misses the body punch

and Pitt counters with a nice double leg into side control. Stringfellow won't be happy with that.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Stringfellow sneaks out the side door and pushes Pitt away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.
Stringfellow misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Pitt swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Pitt is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Stringfellow with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Pitt to score with a decent uppercut.
Stringfellow looks to land a combination but Pitt avoids it well.
A cross from Pitt lands.


Stringfellow is rocked!
Pitt misses with a double jab.
Pitt rushes Stringfellow with punches - Stringfellow moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Stringfellow goes down! Pitt follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Daniel Pitt!
