Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mateusz Kozlowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeff Richardson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kozlowski's entrance music is Stronger. A fine choice. Richardson has chosen WC - This is Los Angeles as his entrance music. Jeff Richardson will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Richardson drops back looking for a leg! Kozlowski is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Kozlowski manages to kick Richardson off! Richardson jumps back into Kozlowski's guard.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Richardson postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Kozlowski is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Richardson, into his guard.

Richardson is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Kozlowski defends well.
