The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smtih misses with a looping right.
Smtih moves in looking to clinch but Sosa pushes him off.
Smtih misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Sosa stuffs the takedown.
Smtih slips a straight right by Sosa.

Smtih tries to keep at a distance but Sosa has taken the fight into the clinch.

Sosa pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Smtih closes this distance looking for a takedown but Sosa circles away.

Smtih shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Sosa counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Smtih keeps the fight on the outside.

A combination from Smtih does no damage.
The crowd cheers as Smtih lands an impressive looking overhand right. Sosa doesn't seem phased though.

Smtih clinches but Sosa breaks the clinch
and Sosa counters with a big right hand! Oh Smtih is in trouble here! Sosa follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!
