The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Bruno Lombardi and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Young throws a series of punches but Gracie moves out of range.
Young with a hook.
Franky Young seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Young leaves Gracie with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Young forces Gracie back against the cage and clinches.
Young digs a right hand underneath Gracie's ribcage. Gracie let out a lung full of air as it connected.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Young dips a shoulder and cracks Gracie with a mighty uppercut! Gracie falls back against the cage and Young unloads with a barrage of strikes! Gracie is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Young screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
