PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between brett koleman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and George SP (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). koleman kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genuis that is Determined by Mudvayne. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, brett koleman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, George SP!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Robert Twigg and Chris Downing.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Excellent takedown into side control there by SP.
SP throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
koleman stops SP from passing to mount.
koleman wants to get back to his feet but SP drags him back down.

SP tries for a kimura but koleman is defending well.
koleman pushes SP away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, SP gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
SP has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

koleman explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there!
SP throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around koleman's waist but koleman gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing SP off to one side.
koleman moves in looking to clinch but SP pushes him off.
SP fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

koleman shoots in and bounces SP off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.

koleman wanted to stand there but SP had control of the position.

SP has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think koleman should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, SP has tightened it up now! koleman should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
