Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bart Blast (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marko Petrovic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Bart Blast!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Marko Petrovic!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Petrovic needs to keep his hands up - Blast had a free shot at his head there.
Blast pivots, looking for a leg kick but Petrovic is out of range and Blast settles back down.
Blast moves out of range of the body kick from Petrovic.
A slapping leg kick lands for Petrovic.
Petrovic scores with a head kick. Blast tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.

It looks like Bart Blast has been cut.
Petrovic fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Petrovic takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Blast swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Petrovic.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Petrovic throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Blast takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Blast takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Blast lands a right hook to the body.
Petrovic is looking to land body kicks.
Petrovic buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Petrovic misses with a head kick.
Petrovic scoring well with a low kick there.
Blast digs a good body shot into Petrovic's ribs.
Blast sizes up Petrovic with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Blast avoids the head kick by Petrovic.
Petrovic throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Petrovic misses with a low kick.
Petrovic throws a nice inside leg kick.
Petrovic throws a leg kick which misses Blast's front leg but catches the back leg as Blast tries to avoid it.
Blast ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Petrovic looks winded!

Blast scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Blast is pawing at Petrovic, trying to feel the distance before throwing out a cross that crashes into Petrovic's nose. Petrovic is badly hurt! Blast pounces, throwing wild strikes as both fighters end up on the ground! Petrovic tries desperately to hold on but Blast is relentless in his assault! As Petrovic receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls Blast away and this one is in the books!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bart Blast!
Bart Blast decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
