Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Christian Groll (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carlos Montana (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Donatello Bradman and Bruno Hogan.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Montana shoots in for a takedown but Groll shows good takedown defense.

Groll drives through and clinches with Montana against the cage.
Groll jumps guard but Montana turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

Montana breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Montana throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Groll changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Montana looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Montana is looking to regain half guard here but Groll keeps moving and retains side control.

Groll thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Groll is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Montana is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Groll takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
