Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Denae Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcio Rosario (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Jonathan Paton and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown by Jones or perhaps it was just good defense by Rosario which made him look bad.
Jones shoots in but no luck this time.
No luck for Rosario with that takedown attempt.
Jones drives through and clinches with Rosario against the cage.
Rosario jumps guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Rosario wants to sweep but no luck.
Rosario trying to keep a closed guard but Jones is proving a slippery customer.
Rosario is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Rosario is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Jones flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Rosario is looking for a kimura but Jones is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Rosario to get the leverage.

Jones is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Jones tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Rosario controlling from the top position.
Rosario trying to control but Jones is working from the bottom.
Rosario would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Marcio Rosario.
Rosario tries for a takedown but Jones sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Rosario should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Jones gets a clinch.
Rosario manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Rosario is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Jones accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Jones stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Rosario swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Rosario is looking to stand up but Jones isn't so interested in that idea.

Jones is looking to work some ground and pound but Rosario has wrist control.
Rosario is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Jones landing some decent shots from guard.
Jones prevents Rosario from getting back to his feet.

Jones wants to pass the guard but Rosario is keeping the position.
Jones trying to control the position from guard on top but Rosario is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Jones might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Jones throws a strike but Rosario rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Jones not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Jones is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Rosario dives into side control.
The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
Jones is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Rosario is controlling him well.
Rosario stands up.
Jones shoots in for a takedown but Rosario shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Denae Jones. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Jones is breathing heavily.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Jones clinches.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Marcio Rosario will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Jones stuffs the takedown attempt from Rosario. Rosario gets slowly back to his feet.
Rosario tries to score a power double leg takedown but Jones sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Rosario somewhat.

Denae Jones has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Marcio Rosario.
Rosario looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Jones is fending him off so far but Rosario persists. Nope, Jones circles away and we're back to standing.
Jones slaps away a takedown attempt from Rosario, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Jones tries to clinch there but Rosario circles away.
Jones throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Rosario's head.
Jones clinches.
Rosario is trying to break the clinch but Jones has him pressed against the cage.
Jones stalling.
Rosario is breathing heavily.
Jones is working for takedown but Rosario is calmly controlling the position for now.
Jones tries to land a knee to the head but misses.

Jones is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Rosario pulls him back up using the underhooks.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Rosario is trying to pull guard but Jones turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Come on Jones - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Jones tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Rosario smiles and moves away.
Jones is looking to clinch but Rosario is avoiding it.
A head kick misses from Jones.
Jones closes the distance and clinches.

Jones tries to pull guard but Rosario holds him up against the cage and eventually Jones drops back down to his feet.
Jones tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Rosario pulls Jones into guard.
Rosario striking off his back.
Jones lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Jones has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Jones trying to control the position from guard on top but Rosario is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Rosario has his feet on Jones's thighs here. He's pushed Jones off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Jones screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
