The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Suu Kyi ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
The fighters circling - Chambers throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Chambers misses with a jab, cross combination.
Suu Kyi moves out of range of the body kick from Chambers.
Chambers uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Suu Kyi has time to react.


It looks like Aung San Suu Kyi has been cut.
A slow jab from Chambers misses its intended target.
Chambers throws an off balance right hand
and Suu Kyi counters with a nice body kick.
Suu Kyi avoids the body shot from Chambers.

Chambers moves in looking to clinch but Suu Kyi pushes him off.

Chambers throws a shot from downtown. Suu Kyi moves away and avoids it.
Chambers tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Suu Kyi was well out of range. Poor timing from Chambers.

and Suu Kyi counters with a good low kick that Chambers was not able to check.
Chambers looks to land a left hand but Suu Kyi moved out of range nicely.
The fighters circling - Chambers throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Chambers missing with a left hand there. Suu Kyi was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Chambers paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

Chambers fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Suu Kyi, pushing him back against the cage.
Chambers tries a body shot but Suu Kyi blocks it.
Chambers goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Suu Kyi has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ.

Suu Kyi drops Chambers with a big knee straight up the middle! Chambers is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

and Suu Kyi holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Suu Kyi jumps guard and drags Chambers to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Chambers is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Suu Kyi has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Chambers is looking to defend but Suu Kyi has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Chambers! Suu Kyi pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Chambers taps out and this one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:19 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Aung San Suu Kyi!
