Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Marco Blurström.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Reigns closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Coleman quickly recovers to half guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Coleman manages to escape and get back to his feet!

Reigns shoots in for a takedown but Coleman shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Coleman is looking for a kimura but Reigns is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Coleman to get the leverage.

Coleman looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Reigns with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Reigns is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Coleman jumps into side control!

Coleman shoots for a double leg takedown but Reigns sprawls well. He's pushed Coleman's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Coleman looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Coleman tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Reigns is able to avoid easily.

Reigns swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Coleman slaps away a takedown attempt from Reigns, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Coleman drives through with a takedown into guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Reigns had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Coleman defends it easily.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Reigns not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Roman Reigns will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Reigns shoots in but Coleman avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Reigns tries for a takedown but Coleman sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Reigns shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Reigns was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Coleman can't do much from the bottom here.
Reigns wants to control but Coleman is keeping him busy.
Coleman is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Reigns is controlling him well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Reigns misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Coleman is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Reigns off and has taken his back!
Reggie Coleman overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Coleman lands with a nice looking elbow that stuns Reigns.

Reigns is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Reigns breaks Coleman's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.

Coleman manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Reigns is desperately trying to improve his position but Coleman has a good base and remains in mount.

Coleman has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Reigns lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Coleman has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Coleman and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Reigns pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Coleman back to the cage. Reigns follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Coleman shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Reigns's guard.

Reigns wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Coleman is now in half guard.
Coleman is nestled in close to Reigns, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Coleman seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
The referee warns Reigns that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Reggie Coleman has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Roman Reigns is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Reggie Coleman.
I think Reigns has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
