Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Boudreaux Godeaux (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bobby Nieddds (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Godeaux comes to the cage accompanied by Battle Ready. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 22 - 16 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bobby Nieddds!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nieddds scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Godeaux doesn't seem bothered though.
Nieddds looks to score with a jab to the body but Godeaux is just out of range.

Godeaux misses the jab.
Godeaux waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Nieddds.
Godeaux throws a leg kick but Nieddds checks it.
Godeaux throws a shot from downtown. Nieddds moves away and avoids it.
Nieddds jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Godeaux shoots in looking for a takedown but Nieddds manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Godeaux's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Nieddds throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

It looks like Boudreaux Godeaux has been cut.
Godeaux changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Nieddds tries to avoid it but Godeaux manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Nieddds to the ground. Nieddds escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Donk. Godeaux catches Nieddds right on the button with a cross.
Godeaux misses with a left hand
letting Nieddds counter with a right hand.

Godeaux wants to slow Nieddds down by chopping away at his legs.
Godeaux misses with a low kick.
Godeaux tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Nieddds is able to avoid easily.
Godeaux throws a hook but Nieddds blocks it.
Nieddds fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Godeaux throws a body kick that misses
and Nieddds counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.

Godeaux is rocked!
Nieddds drops Godeaux with a naaaaasty hook - Godeaux is in real trouble here! Nieddds dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bobby Nieddds!
Bobby Nieddds very nearly forgot to thank Black Market Pharmacy and Laundromat amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you.
