The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Josh West and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Duseki throws a right and a left that both miss.
Duseki gets caught napping as Munanaposa dives in and scores a takedown. Duseki manages to retain guard.
Munanaposa passes into half guard.
Munanaposa performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
Duseki is trying to stand up here but Munanaposa is controlling him well.
Munanaposa content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
OK we're going to have a standup here. La Tigre Munanaposa hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Duseki swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Duseki throws a punch but it's blocked by Munanaposa.
Munanaposa is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Duseki can't fight it off and eventually Munanaposa manages to take the fight to the floor. Duseki looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Munanaposa perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Duseki tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Munanaposa manages to move to mount!
Duseki squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Duseki loads up on a big right hand but Munanaposa slips the punch.
The fight stays on the outside here - Duseki looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Duseki really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Duseki tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Munanaposa manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Munanaposa feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Duseki throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Munanaposa fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Munanaposa has Duseki pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Munanaposa pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Duseki tumbling to the mat - Munanaposa dives into Duseki's guard.

Duseki is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
