The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tojo misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Universal.
Universal moves away from the strike by Tojo.
Tojo swats away the attempt to clinch by Universal.

Tojo lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Universal circles away quickly and effectively.
Tojo ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

Hideki Tojo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Tojo throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Tojo lands with an uppercut that bounces Universal off the cage and back into range.
The fight stays on the outside here - Universal looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Universal uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Tojo.

Universal shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Tojo cracks Universal with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Tojo has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Universal to stand back up!

Tojo drops Universal with a naaaaasty hook - Universal is in real trouble here! Tojo dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
