Vadar kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Hall of Fame. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nogueria throws a right and a left that Vadar avoids nicely.

Vadar rushes Nogueria and presses him up against the cage.
Nogueria is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Vadar is defending well for now.

Nogueria jumps into guard, dragging Vadar to the mat.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Vadar is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Vadar got a little sloppy there for a moment and Nogueria has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Vadar has managed to get both his arms back between Nogueria's legs - danger averted.
Nogueria controls Vadar momentarily but Vadar frees himself.

Vadar is posturing up here but Nogueria has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Vadar tries to roll out but it's too tight and Vadar has to tap! Slick submission there by Nogueria!
