Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frank Castle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Schrank (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Castle comes to the cage accompanied by Biohazard- Punishment. Frank Castle has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, Frank Castle!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Frank Schrank!
The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Aleksandr Martynov and Valeri Chadov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Castle shoots for a double leg takedown but Schrank sprawls well. He's pushed Castle's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Castle tries for a takedown but Schrank sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Schrank throws an overhand right that lands on Castle's shoulder, as Castle tries to avoid the shot.
Castle swings for the body but Schrank moves out of range.

Schrank rushes Castle and presses him up against the cage.
Castle tries to work over Schrank's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Schrank dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage.
Schrank pushes Castle back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Schrank throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Castle is breathing heavily.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Schrank breaks from the clinch.

Schrank has taken the fight to the clinch.
Schrank lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Schrank misses with a body punch.
Schrank has Castle pressed against the cage.

Schrank tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Castle's elbow.

Castle fails to pull the fight into his guard.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Frank Castle. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Schrank lands a right hand that snaps the head of Castle backwards.

Schrank's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Schrank feints and then cracks Castle's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Castle down.
Schrank throws a combination. Castle tries to block but a couple of punches get through.


It looks like Frank Castle has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Schrank lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Castle looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.


Frank Castle's cut is getting worse.

Castle swats away the attempt to clinch by Schrank.

Castle looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Schrank!

Castle throws an elbow but Schrank slips to the side and avoids it well.
Castle has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Castle is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Schrank knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Castle postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

Schrank tries to bench press Castle off him but Castle keeps the position.
Castle is trying to ground and pound but Schrank uses the momentary lack of control by Castle to regain half guard.
Schrank is trying to control but can't.
Castle not landing any meaningful shots this time.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Schrank has his hands clasped together around Castle's back. He's all about the action.
Castle throws a strike but Schrank avoids it easily and moves to full guard.
Schrank has his hands on Castle's head, controlling the position.
Castle with a flurry of punches that miss.

Castle postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Schrank is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Castle, into his guard.
Schrank trying to control the position from guard on top but Castle is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Schrank is stalling in the full guard.
Schrank sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Castle's guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Schrank stalling.
Castle is trying to stand.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Frank Schrank dominated that round.

Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!


Schrank fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Castle.
Castle misses with a shot to the body
and Schrank finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Castle with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Schrank to score with a decent uppercut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Schrank scores with a leg kick.
Schrank tries to clinch up.
Schrank slips under a jab.
Castle misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Schrank.
Schrank fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Schrank connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Schrank digs a good hook to Castle's body.
Castle gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.


Frank Castle's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Schrank has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Schrank gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Schrank stalling.

Castle is trying to pull guard but Schrank has him pressed against the cage.
Schrank has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Castle has clasped his hands together around Schrank's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.

Castle is trying to get an arm triangle but Schrank is defending well.
Schrank struggling a bit here.

Castle looks up at the clock and then as Schrank takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Castle smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Castle tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.
Schrank sneaks back into half guard.
Castle throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Castle sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Schrank defending well though.
Castle throws a strike but Schrank avoids it easily and moves to full guard.
Castle tries to free his leg and advance position but Schrank is retaining full guard.
Castle keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Schrank's head.

Castle is looking to work some ground and pound but Schrank has wrist control.
Castle scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Schrank looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Castle throws a strike but Schrank rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Schrank in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Schrank slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Castle manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Castle cracks Schrank with a big head shot that has him covering up instantly! He's rolled onto his side and the referee has seen enough - this one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!
