The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carvalho tries to clinch but Bendo moves out of range.
Carvalho with a poor takedown
and Bendo counters with a stiff right hand.
Carvalho takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Bendo throws a series of punches but Carvalho avoids them all with ease.
Carvalho looks to clinch
and Bendo counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Bendo connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Carvalho momentarily.
Bendo swinging wildly here.
Bendo slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Bendo lands a really nice looking cross but Carvalho seems unphased.
A punch lands to the side of Carvalho 's head but he takes it in his stride.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Bendo swats away the attempt to clinch by Carvalho.
A right-left combo lands from Bendo.
Bendo keeps the fight on the outside.
Carvalho showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Bendo.

Carvalho moves to clinch but Bendo breaks away
and Bendo counters with a stiff right hand.
Carvalho misses with a takedown attempt
enabling Bendo to counter with a crisp jab.

Carvalho is rocked!
Carvalho looks winded!
Bendo cracks Carvalho with a right hand to the side of the head.
Carvalho is still on wobbly legs! Can Bendo finish him?
Carvalho is holding his hands too far apart here. Bendo throws a hard, straight punch right down the pipe and BOOM! Carvalho is out! That punch landed square on the jaw - what a shot!
