Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Humberto Cruz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexander Geoly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cruz comes into the arena with Deja Vu blaring out of the sound system. Alexander Geoly told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Arvi Lind and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cruz throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
That kick from Geoly tenderised Cruz's leg. Cruz is trying to keep his angry face on.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Cruz crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Geoly - the referee stops the clock and Cruz gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Geoly. Cruz manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Alexander Geoly comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Geoly has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
