Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Max Ford (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Omar Little (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Little has chosen Snoop Dogg - Murder was the Case as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Little on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Max Ford seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ford swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Little.

Little closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Ford did well to prevent Little getting side control.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Little landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Ford pushes Little off looking to stand but Little dives back in and keeps control.
