With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Hugo Lewis!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Rocky Masterson!
The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Dean Styles and Columbo Gatti.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Masterson keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

Lewis lands a head kick that stumbles Masterson and the fighters go to the mat.

Masterson is rocked!

It looks like Rocky Masterson has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Lewis cracks Masterson with a solid left hand.
Masterson is still in real trouble! Can Lewis finish him?
Lewis advances to half guard.
Lewis looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Lewis takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Still in half guard, Lewis seems content to control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Masterson looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
Lewis takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Masterson wants to get back to full guard but Lewis has mounted him!
Masterson seems to have recovered his senses.
Lewis controlling the pace for now.
Lewis landing punches.

Lewis tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Masterson is wriggling around trying to escape.

We're going to have a standup here because Hugo Lewis wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Nice shot lands for Lewis.
Rocky Masterson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Masterson swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Lewis gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Masterson has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Lewis uses from the top position.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Masterson can't keep his opponent in guard - Lewis advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Lewis perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Lewis's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Masterson is working on a guillotine. He's managed to get to full guard and he's really squeezing tight! Lewis is tapping! Great win for Masterson!
