Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, William Gold and Colin Fotheringham.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ridger tries to bum rush bronze with a series of wild strikes but bronze uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Ridger avoids a kick to the body.

bronze feints and as Ridger raises his hands in defense, bronze changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Ridger is looking to stand up but bronze isn't so interested in that idea.
Ridger keeping full guard, as bronze tries to pass.
Ridger is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst bronze is controlling him.
bronze controls from within his opponent's guard.
bronze slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

bronze throws an elbow but Ridger slips to the side and avoids it well.
Ridger is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, bronze asserts his dominance and retains side control.

bronze lands with a couple of good shots - one to the side of the head and one questionable shot that could be viewed as to the back of the head but the referee lets it go.

You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
bronze has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Ridger's body.
Ridger controlling the position well but he knows he's in a bad position.

bronze really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Ridger.

Despite being in the dominant position, mr bronze just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
bronze shoots in but Ridger avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Ridger moves in looking to clinch but bronze pushes him off.

bronze closes the distance and clinches up with Ridger, looking for a takedown. bronze pushes Ridger against the cage but Ridger circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Collin Ridger has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of mr bronze.

You can see the frustration on Ridger's face as bronze controls the position.

Ridger is not content to let bronze control the position.
Ridger is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, bronze asserts his dominance and retains side control.

bronze wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Ridger, who protects the arm well.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
bronze works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.

mr bronze showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!


bronze shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Ridger as he jumps to the side.
bronze lands the left hand.
A left and a right from bronze both land. Nice combination.


Ridger is rocked!

bronze closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Oh Ridger is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
bronze scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Ridger to see if he's OK.

Ridger wants to get back to his feet but bronze is dominant here and he's now got Ridger's back!
Ridger seems to have got his legs back now.
bronze is landing with some decent strikes but Ridger is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

bronze tries to control but Ridger wriggling away.
bronze has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Ridger is trying to stand but he's not in a good position to be doing that! bronze has taken his back!

bronze is cranking Ridger's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Ridger! He's tightened the choke and Ridger is tapping out!
