Echo swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
enabling Talalelei to counter with a crisp jab.

It looks like Lincoln Echo has been cut.
A lazy left from Talalelei finds it's target.

Echo gets the takedown into side control.

Echo goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Talalelei rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Echo's guard! Nice work there by Talalelei!
Talalelei wants to get up but he can't break Echo's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Talalelei manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Echo manages to get himself to full guard.

Echo wants to clinch up but Talalelei keeps it at a distance.
Echo misses with a double jab
and Talalelei counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

and Talalelei counters with a nice uppercut.
Echo takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Talalelei cracks Echo with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

Lincoln Echo's cut is getting worse.

Echo changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Talalelei looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Echo wants to take a breather but Talalelei manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for Echo.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Echo prevents Talalelei from getting back to his feet.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Talalelei connects with a superb combination that knocks Echo out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Talalelei before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Echo!
