Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, James Reynolds!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Aaron Hernandez !
The judges for this bout are , Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Reynolds has taken the fight to the clinch.

Reynolds gets control of Hernandez 's arms and successfully pulls guard. Reynolds will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Hernandez postures up in Reynolds's guard and throws a big left but Reynolds blocks it.
Reynolds manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Hernandez manages to get himself to full guard.
Hernandez controls Reynolds momentarily but Reynolds frees himself.

Reynolds is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Reynolds prevents Hernandez from getting back to his feet.
Hernandez can't keep his opponent in guard - Reynolds advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Reynolds is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.

Reynolds is looking for a kimura here.
Reynolds wants to control but Hernandez is keeping him busy.
Hernandez really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Reynolds. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Reynolds is working for a submission of some sort.

Reynolds stops Hernandez from getting back to his feet.

Reynolds is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Reynolds looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Reynolds is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Hernandez is just riding it out for now. Reynolds eventually gives up the hold.

Reynolds is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Hernandez is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!

A relieved looking James Reynolds thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
