The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Governale throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Singlet was covering up waiting for the punch and Governale finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Governale is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

Governale has Singlet pressed against the cage, preventing Singlet from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Governale has left one of his arms exposed and Singlet doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Governale screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
