Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ace Spades (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Al Al Kaholic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Spades comes to the cage accompanied by Im A Beast. Al Kaholic has chosen Cant Be Touched as his entrance music. Ace Spades has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spades falls off balance throwing a combination
and Al Kaholic counters with a right hand to the body.
A nice leg kick lands there from Al Kaholic .
Al Kaholic throws a shot to the body.
Al Kaholic lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Spades forces Al Kaholic back against the cage and clinches.
Spades is trying to break the clinch but Al Kaholic is controlling him.
Spades fails to pull guard.
Al Kaholic 's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Al Kaholic cracks Spades with a nice body shot.

Al Kaholic pushes Spades back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

It looks like Ace Spades has been cut.
Al Kaholic is pushing Spades up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Spades is trying to force a seperation but Al Kaholic has the dominant position.
Spades is trying to push Al Kaholic away but Al Kaholic has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Al Kaholic gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Spades can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Al Kaholic controls the pace.

Spades has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Al Kaholic is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Al Kaholic is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Spades is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Spades wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Spades closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Al Kaholic quickly recovers to half guard.

Spades tries to stand and escape but Al Kaholic is controlling the position.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

Spades throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Al Kaholic connects with the punch.
Al Kaholic shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Spades but Spades pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Spades throws a leg kick but Al Kaholic checks it.
Al Kaholic scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Spades throws a right and a left that Al Kaholic avoids nicely.

Spades takes the fight into the clinch.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Al Kaholic lands a body punch in the clinch.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Al Kaholic lands a hook that snaps the head of Spades backwards.

Spades tries to pull guard but Al Kaholic won't allow it.

Al Kaholic wants the takedown. Spades is fighting it off but Al Kaholic persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Spades's guard against the cage.

Spades isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Al Kaholic stacks Spades on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Al Kaholic !

Spades is trying to escape the position but Al Kaholic is controlling the position.
Spades tries to control but end up mounted... ooooh, that's bad.
Al Kaholic looking to control and managing it successfully.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Al Kaholic takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Al Kaholic has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Al Kaholic jerks Spades's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Spades drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Al Kaholic goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Al Kaholic because Spades was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:29 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knee). Al Al Kaholic !
