The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nickoson fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Kennington tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Nickoson throws a body kick, spinning off balance
letting Kennington counter with a right hand.
Nickoson lands a nice shot to the body.
Nickoson looks for a takedown but Kennington sprawls well.
Nickoson shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Kennington defends it nicely.
Nickoson wants to slow Kennington down by chopping away at his legs.
No luck for Kennington with that takedown attempt.
Kennington takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Kennington rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Nickoson moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Nickoson has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Well Kennington has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
