Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Adam Stone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ron Kos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ron Kos is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Adam Stone!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ron Kos!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Stewart Dunkirk and Wesley Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kos stuffs the takedown attempt from Stone. Stone gets slowly back to his feet.

Stone rushes Kos and presses him up against the cage.
Kos wants to break free but Stone has control.
Kos is trying to push Stone away but Stone has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Kos can't break the clinch.
Stone looking to slow down the pace here.
Kos can't break the clinch.
Stone drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Kos gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Kos has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Stone keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Kos's efforts to push away.

Kos pulls guard successfully.
Kos wants to get back to his feet but Stone is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Stone gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Stone shoots in for a takedown but Kos shows good takedown defense.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Adam Stone. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Kos tries to bum rush Stone with a series of wild strikes but Stone uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Ron Kos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Stone rushes Kos and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Stone doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Kos has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Stone throws a punch but it's blocked by Kos.

Kos jumps into guard, dragging Stone to the mat.
Stone is working Kos over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Kos is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Stone with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Kos really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Stone. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Stone wants to control from the top but Kos keeps moving.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kos is looking to stand back up but Stone counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Kos.
Kos wants to stand back up but Stone manages to pass into side control.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Stone stands up.
Stone shoots for a double leg takedown but Kos sprawls well. He's pushed Stone's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
A big left from Kos misses.

Stone closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Kos's guard.
Kos is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Stone drops back looking for a leg! Kos is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Kos manages to kick Stone off! Stone jumps back into Kos's guard.

Kos has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Stone off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Stone wants to clinch up but Kos keeps it at a distance.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Stone fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Stone slips a straight right by Kos.
Kos misses with a leg kick.

Kos tries to keep at a distance but Stone has taken the fight into the clinch.
Stone changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Kos fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Kos lands a jab.
Stone takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Kos throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Kos misses with an uppercut
and Stone counters with a one-two to the body.
Ron Kos is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Stone fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Kos to the ground. Stone is now in Kos's guard.
Stone won't allow Kos to get back to his feet.
Stone loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Kos is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Stone is controlling him.
Stone landing with the ground and pound.
Stone works over Kos with some ground and pound from guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Stone thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Stone will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Stone won't allow Kos to get back to his feet.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Adam Stone will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!


Kos stuffs the takedown.
Kos ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Stone ducks under a wild hook from Kos.
Kos scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Stone doesn't seem bothered though.
Kos goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.


It looks like Adam Stone has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Stone looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Kos is fending him off so far but Stone persists. Nope, Kos circles away and we're back to standing.
Adam Stone is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Stone slips a jab from Kos.
Stone takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Kos. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.
Kos throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Stone sees it coming and avoids it easily.
BOOM! Kos lands a beautiful left hook that drops Stone. Stone tries to recover but Kos is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Stone lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:38 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ron Kos!
