The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kos throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Kos scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Kos throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Monster sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Monster tries to close the distance and clinch but Kos swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Ron Kos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kos avoids a punch combination nicely.
Nice defenses there by Monster.

Monster bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Monster throws a series of punches but Kos moves out of range.

Kos is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Monster's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems.
Monster tries to bum rush Kos with a series of wild strikes but Kos uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Kos is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Monster.
Kos throws a series of punches but Monster moves out of range.
Monster throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Kos stumbling backwards into the cage! Kos bounces back off the cage towards Monster, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Monster lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Monster celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Lochness Monster!
Post fight, Lochness Monster stared into the camera and said 'No one can handle this Big Ol' dick'.
