Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Blagoi Ivanov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leo Rodrigues (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rodrigues has chosen Save My Soul as his entrance music. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Colin Fray and Roger Salmon.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rodrigues swats away the attempt to clinch by Ivanov.
Ivanov lands a high kick!
It looks like Leo Rodrigues has been cut.
Ivanov rushes Rodrigues and presses him up against the ropes.
Ivanov goes for a takedown attempt but Rodrigues pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Ivanov clinches up with Rodrigues and pushes him back against the ropes.

Rodrigues is looking to break free of the clinch but Ivanov has double underhooks.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Ivanov has his foot on Rodrigues's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Rodrigues works his way back into a safe position though.

Ivanov isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Rodrigues stacks Ivanov on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Rodrigues!

Rodrigues throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.

The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Rodrigues really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ivanov. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Ivanov tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Rodrigues wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Ivanov drops back, looking for a kneebar! Rodrigues looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Rodrigues looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Rodrigues!
Ivanov could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Rodrigues throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.

Ivanov manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Ivanov pushes Rodrigues off and gets back to his feet.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Rodrigues wants to control from the top but Ivanov keeps moving.

Ivanov is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Ivanov is pressed up against the ropes. Rodrigues has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Ivanov down to the mat. Ivanov avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Blagoi Ivanov has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Leo Rodrigues.

Rodrigues is bucking up trying to escape but Ivanov cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
The cut above Leo Rodrigues's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

Blagoi Ivanov overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Rodrigues is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Ivanov has his opponent pinned against the ropes, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Rodrigues's face.
Leo Rodrigues's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Leo Rodrigues's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:57 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Blagoi Ivanov!
